A modern, open plan office building has been built in the centre of Duesseldorf in close proximity to the avenue ‘Kennedydamm’ from which the building’s name derives.

The office building is characterized by two architectural themes: the typological transformation of the town block into a group of five buildings, as well as its protective glass skin.
