Neijiang city has a long history and remarkable culture. Some time ago, the locality was an important salt-producing area, but in recent times it is commonly referred to as the sugar capital of Sichuan. Neijiang is also the hometown of Zhang Daqian, one of the best-known contemporary Chinese artists. During the economic boom, the city’s economy has been successfully modernized.

Its geographic location puts Neijiang in the center of the southern Sichuan transport network, right between Chengdu and Chongqing. The site is rich in vegetation, with the North Ecological Green Space to the north and the Yangtze River Forest Park near the south edge. The project is then conceived as a north-south ecological community axis.

With the goal of “building a leisure life gathering place in Sichuan East”, the project is composed of three main zones, the Night River Town, Hanan Lake Area, and a Sports Park.
